AIP Conference Proceeding：
Proceedings for the Xiamen-CUSTIPEN Workshop will be published by AIP Conference Proceedings. Each proceeding will be peer-reviewed, published online in perpetuity, and downloadable without cost.
The deadline is March 1, 2019. Submissions should be in a “camera-ready” PDF format. Please stay within the following page limits:
● Oral presentations: 10-20 pages.
● Posters: 6-10 pages.
Preparation
Templates for both MS Word and LaTeX are available from the bottom of the AIP Author Information page. Detailed instructions are included with the templates.
We have additional documents to help you:
● An article preparation checklist with dos and don’ts.
● A copyright license checklist with dos and don’ts. Do NOT fill in the example form on the second page; use the blank version below instead.
● Instructions for embedding fonts.

Submission
A signed AIP Conference Proceedings License Agreement is required with each submission. Permission to use previously published material will also be required if applicable.
